Jogging around at the event.

I was doing ok but i was slow to pick a couple of routes. Only one mistake, stood on wrong side of a thicket.

I was just about catching the people ahead of me, then i tried taking a different route, which would have been quicker if i'd executed it properly, but i lost about 15s i think. After that i was trying too hard to catch up to the pack and couldn't keep up the pace until the end.
Lost one place on the chase.

Jog on arthur's seat, i was still feeling a bit sore but it was ok.

Started with a bit on the bikes. Running stuff, mobility, hurdling. Salle for lunges with weights and squats, curls, OH lifts. then plank to finish. I was really struggling to the lunges and everything after that. My legs were quite tight doing hurdles too. Didn't really enjoy it today.

Went to kirsten's for pasta and pancakes though which was good.

3x5x200m with 1 min rest after each 200 and 5 mins after each set of 5. I was running on the grass alongside.
Times:
27,29,31,30,31,30,31,30,36,40,35,35,36,36,28 plus we ran an extra 100 on the first one which was about 15s. At half way i started feeling a bit tired and i got a headache

Walk around the light green with jamesy lyne and arvid. Didn't want to make my leg any worse and i don't think i'd have managed to run anyway.
