I had planned to cycle out to the SoSOL at Gullane, but when i woke up my legs were knackered so i thought it'd be best not to attempt the 40 mile ride there and back.

Edinburgh Parkrun 5k. I was going to use it as a time trial, but i set off steady and didn't really push it so not particularily useful as a TT, although it is my fastest recorded 5k by a minute

Straight line 2.7k.
Had an ok run, i hesitated a few times, think i took a couple of bad route choices and made a couple of errors towards the end. Overall quite happy, didn't expect to get beaten by Jamesy Lyne though. Spongey won with a pretty impressive 15:43.

Did a test for a PhD student which involved doing 3 mental tests then cycling to exhaustion on a cycle ergometer then doing the mental tests again.

Decided to do the haries session this week which was 3 sets of 500m-30s-700m-30s-500m-2mins with the aim of running the 500s hard and the 700s steady.
Joined the 2nd group as usual and set off at a reasonable pace but i was getting ahead on every lap. So, as graeme said, i think i can promote myself back up to the A group.
My times weren't amazing but it felt easy.

Went out with ross to the pentlands, i borrowed his Kona. There is loads of snow out there and it was almost impossible to cycle but there were a few good little downhill bits to ride. Took a few pictures
