Ambleside sports fell race (fairfield horseshoe/rydal round). After missing the start of the race i decided to run anyway and set off 6 minutes behind. I was going pretty well up the hill and passed 45 runners on the way to the top, most of them confused about where i'd come from, and reached the top in 62 minutes.

About 500m on and i sprained my left ankle (the other one) quite badly so i had to walk/jog all the way back down being passed by most of the people i'd overtaken on the way up. This is really annoying, especially as i've been feeling so good for the last few days. At least i didn't get lost this time.
