Biking intervals 2:38:00 [4] 47.8 mi (18.2 mph)

Sticking with the increased intensity: around the south end of Lake Sammy, up east side, then hopped over to 202, out to Duthie Hill/Beaver Lake tri course, up the hill (2 repeats), then through Pine Lake, down Thomson, (1 repeat back up), back along E Lake Sammy, through Marymoor and home (3 repeats on the hill). Frequent intervals at 120-130% of FTP, trying to maintain 25+ mph on the flats for as long as possible, recover, start again. 2 bottles of Infinit (~580 cals).

Running 18:00 [5] 2.7 mi (6:40 / mi)

Quick brick off the bike... well above race pace. Just thought about quick feet, but relaxed shoulders/upper body. No tension in the jaw!
