FTP test: 2 x 20' max effort, 2' off inbetween. Average watts for entire period = 231, increase of 2% from last test.

Current weight is 129.5 lbs = 58.74 kgs; w/kg = 3.93

Swimming 56:00 [3]

Started off with a 200 WU, then went right into 30' straight; I timed a 100 every 7 or 8 minutes and kept them right at 1:52-1:53. Did some drills after that, then did 10 x 100 EBEH. Everything felt nice and smooth. Tried to stay long and concentrate on not getting sloppy with my entry, which usually leads to poor balance and position.
