Started off with a 200 WU, then went right into 30' straight; I timed a 100 every 7 or 8 minutes and kept them right at 1:52-1:53. Did some drills after that, then did 10 x 100 EBEH. Everything felt nice and smooth. Tried to stay long and concentrate on not getting sloppy with my entry, which usually leads to poor balance and position.
