Swimming 45:00 [3]

OWS with Birdy at Pine Lake. Swimming is feeling better and better all the time...starting and stopping actually makes things more difficult, since it takes me a minute or so to get in my rhythm.

Biking intervals 50:00 [5] 17.5 mi (21.0 mph)

I LOVE my new position... I feel so much stronger, it's easier to breathe, and I get no lower back tightness. Just pushed it today along Marymoor; during intervals, averaged about 24 mph going out against the wind and 26+ coming back. This taper has really let my legs recover... now I feel like I can't wait to put the power down!
