This was a good ride around Lake Sammamish. I pushed it in aero almost the entire time. I think it would've been faster except I caught virtually zero lights. A strong ride for me. NP = 198w, avg = 178w.

Threw in a few hill repeats at the end.

After the hill repeats, did a quick brick. Felt better than the last time I did this... 15' out, and 15' back.
