Man, it's been a while since I've done a circuit of any kind, and I can tell. Gravitron (standard set of 6 x 60 @ 11), single leg lifts (4 x 10 @ 70 lbs per leg), lat pulldowns, abduction and adductions. I need more lat work for the swim.
