30' swim lesson with Erin at the PC. LOTS of good stuff to work on:
1) I need to improve my ankle flexibility and work on extending my two beat kick.
2) Hand entry is a little too far forward; extend reach underwater more, otherwise too much shoulder engagement -> rotator cuff problems.
3) Use lats a little more on the drive and finish off the stroke past the hip.
Easy swim 15' before and 15' after the lesson.
