Very easy run after stretching out and doing some brief core work

With Kelsey: working the TAs with hip movement. Glutes and hip adductors. Seated stability ball work with leg lifts... much harder than it sounds to keep the pelvis stable, TAs firing, and lift the leg smoothly.
