Oof, this felt awful. Wanted to do some tempo, but couldn't get my HR above 140, even at 6:05ish pace. It was definitely warm at Marymoor, but I was sweating more than I should've. Ended up run/walking at very slow pace. Hmm, not sure what's going on.
