Beautiful day. Out and back on Marymoor, tried for the Bridge to Bridge CR (nailed it... 1.1 mi in 6:04, 5:31/mi avg... almost a minute faster than next guy), then jogged it back. Not at 100%, not enough calories earlier in the day.

With Paul and Chris: up to Source Lake and back; came back via valley floor and river bed. Beautiful weather!

Lake Sammamish half. Initial pace was a little slow, found a good rhythm with another guy who was shooting for my target time. He faded a bit around mile 9, so I kept up my pace. I finished with a bit more in the tank, so I probably could've pushed a bit harder in the final 5k. Overall though very pleased... goal time was sub 1:25, super secret goal was 1:23. Nailed it.
