On the CT: did the Athens ITU course, with loops of hills. Two sustained grades of 7% and 15%. Avg 172w.

Hopped off the bike and went for a short run on my four mile loop. First run in a 15 days. Told myself before I started that I would run two miles (first one very easy, second one a little faster), then I would WALK a mile no matter what, then run the last. First two miles felt good and even though I could've run the third I walked. Ran the last and it felt very smooth. Good to be running again and I don't feel like I've lost that much run fitness.
