Total guesses on time and distance for the TAT: faster run last night with lots of elevation. Clay Pit to Fred's, Shy Bear, Wilderness loop back to Shy Bear and back on Clay Pit. Morris and I PUSHED from Wilderness back, probably around 6:40s.

Easy long run. Just wanted to see how my knee felt > 1hr. No problems. A little tight at first, but then it loosened up just fine. Run fitness has definitely taken a hit with all the time off, however...
