To GRHS and back, plus 5K CC course (in 29:30). Had to shut down the pace with about 1K to go when my right calf twinged strongly. Hams and joints not feeling too good in the last couple miles.

Mt Greylock HS XC Trails
After 30 minutes easy running, did around 8 one-minute race-pace intervals, with one-minute rests. Hamstrings a little better.

Roller Skiing (Classic) 36:49 [3] 4.5 mi (8:11 / mi)

5 Corners to New Ashford line. 50% double poling, 25% double pole with kick, 25% alternate poling.
First roller ski of season - triceps siezing up a bit at the start, but then things loosened up.

Trail run 5.3 mi ( / mi) +180m / mi

Wms Ski area - low trail route (still very muddy).
After roller skiing, I felt that I needed to get a run in. Hadn't intended to go 60 minutes, but felt fairly good, so I changed plans.
