orcas 50k. took wrong turn around cascade lake, went on west side when should have gone on east side which shaved about a mile. i guess a few folks did this. felt good, lost my steam when i realized for sure that a dq. was up ahead of me. still a great day, smokin weather, body was doing fare for no real long runs to speak of. do need to up the electrolytes.
