stillicum cross race today. flatted out on third lap about as far from the pits as you can get. to bad i actually had some legs today. glad i ran in the morning.
stretching: 20min.
strength: some crossfit junk i pulled of u-tube. pretty cool actually, if it wasn't so expensive i might give it a whirl. probably 20 min.
sea-crac not my favorite course but it worked in my "gain some legs" quest. last row start which at sc means you better hope for a miracle.
again didn't feel like i could start punchin it until last couple laps. overall a okay outing though. chompin away, i should be on my game come nov. 1.
