spin on the trainer watching a little baseball. 3x10min. hill climbs. nothing crazy pretty mellow ride. cross is around a month out, just trying to get some saddle time in so i don't look like a total bumblee.

Nice C.C. course tour w/owens. sun and good running. started outside the gate of Lake Kachess C.G.(neither of us had the 6 bucks to drive in),
trail from hell, good solid push up no-name, thorpe, french cabin, out silver
creek down road to are car we parked down by the highway. never stopped the watch today. run time was around 5:00 to 5:15 we did alot of sightseeing. felt good today.

a little adventuring on cougar w/owens started with the standard 10 route but dropped down to 900 on w. tibbets and bear ridge. then thought it might be clever to rally up 900 and up the connector then cliffs. well never run 900 it sucks especially during rush hour. back on the trail the climb up to wilderness was good. rally'd back shy bear and quarry for again som ething new. felt really good today. sitting around drinking cold beer the day before will do that for a guy.
