Note

all i can say about this day is i hope i can learn from my mistakes. did alot of racing this season so i'm not to upset about giving myself a big goose egg.
1)don't experment with new foods
2)get a massage on a regular basis
3)remember when it comes to tapering whats good for the goose is not always good for the gander.
so many mistakes made you'll have to wait for the book

trainer, pretty mellow 4 or 5 x 3minute intervals nothing to intense

same as the bike info, very mellow. trying to stay sane on the taper
