crazy day/night worked cascade all night then swept lake kachees to mineral. walked most of this ripping markers and helping folks that were only going to mineral. mineral to top of no name 1:07. then ran no name to just past thorpe to find dude collapsed on trail feed him gave him water then pulled him in to french cabin. then i was free to run again hooked up with some old timers down at silver and had fun running in with them.
great day had a blast and got some good sleep deprevation training in.

double si mid. day, again tried to lay low on the first trip to get a neg. but wasn't able to hold back enough. happy with the workout though, no matter how you slice this it's a hard workout.

dark, rain = no way on the track in the a.m. so i opted for a standard loop with a promise of a afternoon sess.felt good
