melakwa loop + granite great day out with tom and porkchop. weather incredible, trail mostly clear only a couple sections of snow. like normal this time of year didn't feel really all together until a few hours in and then felt really good. somewhere around 1:05-1:10 up granite. came with lots of food this week.

summer finally here. afternoon run to absorb as much as possible. i.a. loop plus and finished up running to t's school. very mellow run, didn't have much in the tank.

c10 tommy, dangle and garret. smokin weather today. started off feeling pretty worked but came together after a 1/2 hour or so and felt fine from there.

goal was warmup to lakeside then 6x800 @ 2:40 or better. not any thing to crazy but was trying to get my body back in track mode. what really happend was, ate two peanut butter sandwiches right before heading out the door and then the suffering began. squeeked out 3x800 & 1x 400 with equal rest and multiple sprints to the porta potty to crap my brains out. i guess i never learn
