mfg white center race. good race, tough competition. jeff and i basically rode the whole race together attacking and punishing one another. great start again but seem to lose steam after a lap. i'll have to work on that next year. 14th

had foot looked at today by neil. plantar plate tear. this is something that is been a off and on issue for a couple years but as of recently has been really painful to even go through day to day tasks. he was great, showed me a taping technique that brought it back to about 90%. super psyched so had to test it out and sure enough feeling good. longer carkeek loop to t's school.
