p90 cardio, interesting, wouldn't call it cardio maybe just exercise. found out what my i.t. band really doesn't like and thats kicking. wow it was pissed off at all the kicking stuff. feels like with the kicking it starts to not track correctly and then like its out of joint. need to work on the old vmo.
