Triple death extremes: 3 sets of 240. Side plank with one arm on moving treadmill, other arm shake weight,suzzane summers thigh master rockin between the legs. My new favorite workout. This will be key in prep. For the season.

p90 cardio, interesting, wouldn't call it cardio maybe just exercise. found out what my i.t. band really doesn't like and thats kicking. wow it was pissed off at all the kicking stuff. feels like with the kicking it starts to not track correctly and then like its out of joint. need to work on the old vmo.
