crazy deep field today but i came ready to play and clinched 2nd! F*** yeah!
It didn't come easy though, about 1:10 in hitting aid station 5 I was hitting some major lows. Luckly they had some Udo's oil on tap, i killed a full water bottle of udo's and bam i was f'n flying(that stuff should be illegal). Super psyched. Many more details so i'll leave the rest for my blog.

I.a. summer lolli in the afternoon. Good shake out run to make sure I have my hydration and fueling down for the big race Sunday. Stopped eating carbs. On Monday can't wait to start loading on Saturday. Feeling good, I've been visualizing the course over and over in my head.

Crossfit, good one. Learned that tall socks are essential for rope climbing if you want to keep the skin on your legs.

Running 30:00 [3] 3.5 mi (8:34 / mi)

Easy post workout mill session.
