33min out, 27min back. Started dry heaving at the top of the hill at the end of the run and I don't know why because I didn't feel like I was running very fast. Right groin adductor area was really tight afterwards but I didn't stretch much because I had to go to Alki Beach and sit there for 5 hours to reserve a fire pit.
