Running hills (10x300m on hill @ TJ) 1:01:00 [4] 8.8 mi (6:56 / mi)
slept:7.0

Started off around 60sec and finished around 50. Averaged about 55. 2x300m on track afterwords at 54 & 50sec. Right adductor is a little tight. I'm not sure if I really got 7 hours of sleep last night but getting out of bed this morning sucked.

Running (4x800m, 6x500m) 1:11:00 [4] 10.5 mi (6:46 / mi)
slept:8.5

Ran a little over 3 miles when I got to the park. Stomach was sour from the 2 breakfasts I ate this morning. Took it steady on the intervals and super easy on the warm-down.

Tuesday Aug 26, 2008 #

Running (Evergreen Loop) 32:35 [2] 4.6 mi (7:05 / mi)
slept:9.0

Quads are still sore but not as bad as yesterday.

Running (Celebration Park) 1:05:00 [3] 9.3 mi (6:59 / mi)

Ate cereal and yogurt for lunch at 10:30. Ran at 2pm. Got a stomach ache half way through. Felt sluggish regardless.

Monday Aug 25, 2008 #

Running intervals (5x1k @ TJ) 1:10:00 [4] 10.4 mi (6:44 / mi)
slept:8.5

Hip Flexors are sore (probably from hills yesterday) but I still feel like my whole body is fatigued (especially my lower back). Averaged about 3:18. The first k we went out hard for the first 300m and I almost felt drained but then I recovered quickly. The 2nd k we went out steady and then picked it up at 300m for another 300m. I don't totally remember, but I think this is what we did the rest of them and it is pretty much how I like to start out all of my races.

Running (Camelot Loop) 29:47 [2] 4.3 mi (6:56 / mi)

Quads and hip flexors are really sore.

Sunday Aug 24, 2008 #

Running long (Auburn Golf Course Loop) 1:40:00 [3] 14.9 mi (6:43 / mi)
slept:9.0

Felt hungry and fatigued the whole time. Really dogged it up the hills.
