Running (Camelot Loop) 28:30 [2] 4.1 mi (6:57 / mi)
slept:8.0

I think my legs would feel much better if I got off the road.

Running intervals (16x200m on track) 58:00 [4] 9.0 mi (6:27 / mi)

200m at about 37.5sec., followed by 30 crunches, 100m jog, 10 push-ups, 100m jog, and straight back into 200m. I did not feel like the 200's were very hard although I was feeling fatigued near the end.

Running long (Around Aquatic Center) 2:02:00 [3] 18.1 mi (6:44 / mi)

Both adductors, especially the right one, started aching with about 3 miles to go. The last mile, my right side caused me to slow down considerably. My energy level felt great the entire run though.
