mile 1 = 5:57, mile 2 = 5:35, mile 3 = 5:13. (first 2 = 1st mile of TJ course, 3rd = 1600m on track) I felt pretty crappy on the warm-up. During the 3rd 1600m I felt like I could hold that pace for 10k. At the end of the day I felt drained again.

I missed the 5th 400 on the flat portion for a bathroom break. I fell off the pace on the last 4 hills and bonked on the way back to TJ/home.
