Extended Camelot Loop, 5 Field Loops @ TJ, 1600m @ 4:51, 2x800m @ 2:20 & 2:17, 4x400m @ 68, 68, 67, 66, 6x200m @ 33, 33, 32, 32, 32, 31. 3 Field Loops @ TJ for warm-down. Legs felt better than yesterday. They got tight during the 2nd 800 but there was plenty of recovery between each interval. 10 minutes after 1600m, 5 after each 800m, 3 after each 400m, and 200m light jog between 200's. I did not calculate the time or distance in 200m jogs.
