Running (O @ Lincoln Park) 35:00 [4] 5.0 mi (7:00 / mi)
slept:7.0

Time = 47:##? I was too hasty on the 2nd & 4th controls. I thought I could just run to the trail head and easily stumble upon the control but there were so many entrances that I thought were the right ones so yah, I screwed up. I messed up on the first control by the water as well when I saw other people coming out of the wrong location. Instead of finding my location I just ran at full speed to the people only to stop and piddle around in some sticker bushes for a couple minutes, fully recovered from that jaunt, then realized that I totally overshot the control. Basically I learned that when the control is in the green shit, I need to slow the hell down and pay attention to where I am at on the map. Anyways, my right ischium got really tight afterwords, especially when I was jogging around at the district xc meet.
