Only a 6 minute warm-up. Felt like I was doing really well until I made the mistake of hopping the fence before control #6 and ripped my map. I paid the price when looking for control #10. Part of the map was missing and I really did not know where the control was located other than when I briefly looked at someone else's map. Oh well.

Started of REALLY slow (mile 1 = 8:15), and picked it up gradually after about 3 miles. Feel good.

Did 5 sets of lunges during 6th period PE. Drank a Kirkland Signature Weight Loss Shake for lunch and that's it. :(
