Felt really good at the start. No kinks or anything. Tried unsuccessfully to slow it down and my legs had less bounce in them at the end. Today's effort was easy but I wanted to run slower to recover from the more running I've been doing lately.

Ran at 5:30am. Snow made my face hurt and I could hardly see. It was nice out though because the ground was soft with less than 1 inch.

Waited until after 5pm to run. Did not feel like running long so I decided to run fast after 1.5mi easy. Finished the 4.96mi run in 30:20. Ran 8 laps at Meredith Hill and back afterwards. If it were not dark outside, I probably would have started running fast again at the school because I felt so good. I felt pretty lethargic before the run but after about 10 minutes (1.5mi), I decided to test the afterburners and boy did it feel good to cruise around at that pace. Even though I did not plan on doing this, it left me feeling really strong.
