Running (Dash Point & back, hills) 2:27:00 [4] 22.4 mi (6:34 / mi)
slept:10.2

With the snow we're supposed to get tomorrow, I decided to do a longer run today instead. I ran to Dash Point and didn't really plan on doing the hill workout. I felt good running there so I decided to do just a couple sets. I ended up doing all 5 because they were easy. I'm guessing the hills are about 180 meters long (measured via Google Earth). I ran around 46, 41, 38 seconds on each set for the gravel hill. (I started about a second behind the guys too). On the last set (the road), I ran 37, 32, 28. I don't know why I felt so good today. Perhaps I should visit Squeakers's hot tub more often. Anyways, on the way back home I was still feeling good until just after the Twin Lakes Golf Course. I got a side stitch on the right side. This is the second time I've had one in a long time (the other being the indoor 3k @ UW). I had it all the way home and had to stop a couple times because it didn't feel good. It took me about 61min to get to the hill area (~9.5mi) and about 66min to run back.

Running (Camelot Loop) 29:30 [3] 4.1 mi (7:12 / mi)
slept:9.0

Felt good from the start. Perhaps that was because it wasn't cold outside. Left Achilles/shin area aches a little.

Walking (track in PE) 40:00 [1] 2.5 mi (16:00 / mi)

Running (Tuesday Loop) 44:30 [2] 6.45 mi (6:54 / mi)

Played badminton for 1 period and walked 2.5mi in PE. Legs feel tired and I am a bit drained from covering 6th period. Left Achilles/shin area is starting to bug me.

Running (Camelot Loop) 30:00 [2] 4.1 mi (7:19 / mi)
slept:8.75

Whole body is sore from badminton yesterday. Took off incredibly slow until around TJ then I started rolling.

Running (Camelot/TJ/Tuesday w/5k) 1:18:30 [4] 11.8 mi (6:39 / mi)

Back was aching all day. Other parts of my body are sore too. Felt like I ran around 17:30 for the 5k, which isn't fast, but I don't think I could have gone much faster today because of the state my body is in. 800 splits = 2:46, 2:46, 2:39, 2:37, 2:37, 2:39, 0:33. My watch is really stupid though because the split button is very hard to press and the way that it recalls splits is weird. Perhaps I should have reset it before I started taking splits. My 5k time was 16:37.

Walking (Track during PE) 28:00 [1] 1.5 mi (18:40 / mi)

Running (Camelot/TJ/Kilo area) 1:13:10 [2] 10.5 mi (6:58 / mi)
slept:8.8

Decided not to run around 5am because I heard it pouring outside and my legs were tired. I think I will run tomorrow morning. Today I got chaffing around the waistband because I wore my junkie shorts. I played badminton during 1st & 2nd period today. In 1st period, I tried to do the underhand clear shot while moving backwards. I fell on my back but my left elbow took much of the blow. After 2nd period, I was drained. All I had for lunch was 2 smores pop tarts. They were really good. I brought money to get a pizza bagel at lunch but everything was closed by the time I got there (15 minutes into lunch). I was pretty tired at the start of the run today but the hunger wore off quickly and the several stops we made allowed me to...well, it didn't allow me to do anything. I hate stopping. But it did feel nice to take it easy again today.

Running (Star Lake & Camelot Loop) 1:01:00 [3] 8.85 mi (6:54 / mi)
slept:9.25

Legs feel a little tired. Tried to run as easily as possible today. I was going to run in the morning but my chaffing from yesterday was dark red and elevated. It scabbed up a little in the afternoon.

Walking (neighborhood & track) 52:00 [1] 3.5 mi (14:51 / mi)

5 laps on track @ school & neighborhood after my run.

Running (around Kent) 1:46:10 [3] 16.0 mi (6:38 / mi)
slept:11.0

Felt good at the start and held back because I did not want to run out of gas coming up from the valley. As soon as I got to the bottom of Reith Road, my left hip (on the outside) started to get a slight dull pain. It did not bother me very much. Then it started raining as I was coming up Kent Des Moines Road and I got chaffing up the yin-yang.
