Running (GRCC to 272nd & Military) 1:30:00 [3] 13.4 mi (6:43 / mi)
slept:9.1

Ate breakfast at 6:30am, ran at 7:45. Took of easy and ran relaxed the whole time. Slowed down in the woods when I was trying to find my way out to a path. Legs are tight and hip flexors ached near the end.

Running (CAMELOT!!!!) 29:20 [1] 4.1 mi (7:09 / mi)
slept:10.0

Abalone pace. It was about 70 degrees and I was sweating, had a stomach ache, felt dehydrated, and my legs are tight. I'm glad I took today easy. I think I am feeling fatigued because of the yard work (digging out fence posts) that I've been doing.
