Running (From TJ to Kentwood) 1:05:00 [3] 10.0 mi (6:30 / mi)

Ran easy to top of 277th, then picked up the pace. I felt bloated at first but it went away on the hill.

Running (camelot loop) 31:00 [1] 4.1 mi (7:34 / mi)
slept:6.8

Woke up at 4:40am and ran at 5:40. Did not feel too tired and it was nice out this morning.

Running (2x1mi Tempo) 56:00 [4] 8.36 mi (6:42 / mi)

I thought I took off fast and it felt like I was sub-5 for the first mile even though it is a bit uphill. Then I looped around West Beverly Hills and did the the 2nd mile at tempo. I smashed the downhill and crawled up the gradual uphill and finished alright. I don't know why these were so slow even though my effort felt high. Mile 1 = 5:25. Mile 2 = 5:07

Monday Apr 20, 2009 #

Running (Camelot Loop) 32:00 [1] 4.3 mi (7:27 / mi)
slept:9.0

Ate two pieces of scrumptious brownie, a granola bar, and 2 smores pop tarts for lunch. Needless to say, I wasn't feeling to well on this short run. Afterwards I air rated and mowed 2 lawns. That is tiring.

Running (Auburn/Kent Loop) 1:43:00 [3] 15.35 mi (6:43 / mi)
slept:9.5

I was just going to do a short run today but then I decided to run to the bank to deposit a check. That would have been about 7mi round trip so I decided to make a loop out of it. It turned out to be a big loop because all these good songs kept coming up and I felt good. I went a little fast at times and took it easy on the hills. Again, too much pavement on this run.
