Running (Tuesday Loop + Military) 1:01:20 [3] 9.05 mi (6:47 / mi)
slept:9.9

Legs are tired. Ran ~8:30 the first mile. Some kid on a skateboard tried to stay in front of me from Evergreen Elementary all the way down 56th Ave. I stayed with him until we came to a hill and he had to walk. I kept my effort easy the whole time and focused on keeping good form. I noticed that my pace seemed fast for the effort. I hope this means that I am getting faster.

Running (FW McD's & Weyerhaeuser) 1:32:00 [3] 13.55 mi (6:47 / mi)
slept:10.0

Legs felt a little tired from all the running I've been doing lately so I took it easy. I wasn't planning on doing anything but running for however long I felt like. I think I may have done a little too much but at least it was easy. I did 4x 55-70m hard around the block on 300th. Then I walked to Meredith Hill and was going to do a couple strides but I only did 1 because my legs felt dead.

Walking (neighborhood) 40:00 [1] 2.5 mi (16:00 / mi)

Running (Saltwater Loop) 1:27:30 [3] 13.4 mi (6:32 / mi)
slept:9.8

I was bored this morning so I was looking forward to an "adventure" run. I did not like all the sidewalk & pavement but the little trail at Saltwater State Park was welcoming, even though it was overgrown. I rolled my left ankle a little while trying to avoid a sticker bush; so I flipped off the trail gods and kept on going.

Running (Hi Crest Loop, Kilo/288th) 1:10:00 [3] 10.35 mi (6:46 / mi)
slept:7.8

My back did not bother me at all. I slowed down because I had a stomach ache from Kilo on. There were no contractions though.

Walking (neighborhood) 20:00 [1] 1.25 mi (16:00 / mi)

Andrew abducted me with his van full of Luke, Will, & Ryan.

Running (TJ, Kilo 3k Course, 288th) 58:30 [3] 8.65 mi (6:46 / mi)
slept:8.0

Ran after 8pm again because I was too hungry after school and had to eat dinner "lunch." Nothing hurt at the start but I went slow anyways because I was feeling tired. Then Jeff's dad signaled for me to go faster as he drove by near Sweet Briar on 51st. I couldn't hear him because I had the mp3 player on. So I threw in a little surge and kept it through TJ. I went around the track and saw the FW track club finishing up practice. When I got to Kilo I somehow tweaked the left side of my lower back again. I think it was when I went up the hill by the bleachers. Well it hurt the rest of the run and I kept on digging my knuckle in it.

Running (Star Lake Loop) 45:20 [3] 6.7 mi (6:46 / mi)
slept:9.0

Ran after 8pm because I did homework right after school and was hungry and had dinner. Ran slow at times and faster towards the end. Did 4 barefoot strides at Meredith Hill. These always make me feel fast. My right ischium was tight afterwards.

Running (Discovery Park) 1:20:00 [3] 12.0 mi (6:40 / mi)
slept:10.0

Legs felt tight for the first few minutes and then fine the rest of the time. I love this park. I would run here more often if it was not so complicated to get there. I ate breakfast at 9am and ran at about 2:40. I was pretty hungry and feeling weak until we got rolling. Then I was pretty pooped shortly after the run. I finally ate "lunch" at 6pm.

Walking (neighborhood) 32:00 [1] 1.9 mi (16:50 / mi)
