Running (Lake Youngs) 1:06:30 [3] 9.5 mi (7:00 / mi)
slept:8.0

I was going to run in the morning before the heat but then I got lazy and hungry (around 11am). So I ate a peanut butter & jelly sandwich with extra peanut butter, Fritos & bean dip, 2 cherry pop tarts, and 2 bowls of Reese's Puffs (within a couple hours). I was falling asleep on the couch watching an infomercial about some 3-way cooking machine when Adam called. So I had an excuse to get my butt out the door. As soon as I hit the first hill, I started feeling like I had to crap. By the second hill, I was going into labor. I ended up making 3 pit-stops. Every time we came to a hill thereafter I had to go. It was an awful feeling. However, my I never felt my ischium and I was thrilled about that.

Running (Camelot + Weyerhaeuser) 1:23:00 [2] 11.35 mi (7:19 / mi)
slept:7.0

Woke up at 5am. Ran Camelot Loop at 8am so I could check out the construction on TJ's field. Ran back to 51st from home and got a ride to Weyerhaeuser. My right ischium felt fine until about the last 20-30 minutes of running. It was aching so badly that I felt like I was limping.

Running (Interurban,Reith/Military) 1:28:50 [3] 12.7 mi (7:00 / mi)
slept:8.0

My right ischium is still bugging me. It seemed to ache more throughout the run. Made a precautionary pit-stop at West Fenwick Park. Legs feel tired and the pavement is bothering me. I'm only rotating 2 shoes right now.

Running (Celebration Park) 52:00 [1] 6.8 mi (7:39 / mi)
slept:9.4

Right ischium bothered me a little the first 25 minutes. 1.45mi warm-up in 12:30. Very easy run today (mostly on the trails).

Walking (To TJ & back) 45:00 [1] 3.0 mi (15:00 / mi)

Running (Evergreen + 288th) 36:10 [3] 5.5 mi (6:35 / mi)

Felt my ischium a little for the first 20 minutes. Then a bunch of running songs came on the radio and I picked it up. Even though I was cruising along 51st at a good pace, I do not feel like I can run low 15s right now.

Running (Soos Creek) 1:15:30 [3] 11.55 mi (6:32 / mi)
slept:9.0

Took off steady. I did not feel my ischium at all. Ben (Kenyan), Adam, Jeff, Donny & I took the dirt trails out and paved path back. Felt like we were going 6:35 pace out. Coming back we were down to about 6min pace and fast when we got to 208th for a little over a mile. We slowed it down with 2mi to go then finished faster on the hill at the end. It was a nice easy run with a pick up in the middle.

Walking (To TJ & back) 45:00 [1] 3.0 mi (15:00 / mi)

Running (Evergreen, Kilo, Redondo) 1:43:00 [3] 14.7 mi (7:00 / mi)
slept:8.0

Glutes are sore and right ischium aches. I felt tired but not as bad as I thought I would feel today. Ran new Redondo Loop with TJ in about 58min. When I ran home from TJ after standing around for awhile, my ischium hurt a lot.

Running (O @ Salmon La Sac) 2:30:00 [3] 5.0 mi (30:00 / mi)
slept:10.0

Long event (10.9k, 550m elevation gain). I did the first 3 controls then had a hard time finding #4. I probably would have had the fastest split to #4 but there were no knolls on both sides of the trail by the cliff that I was going to use as a reference to cut in. I never found #5. When I saw that #7 was clear across the woods about a mile I gave up and slowly made my way out to a trail. I ran back to the start and punched a few controls along the way, including the last one just to get the fastest split. Basically, I never want to do this on a 1:15000 map ever again. There is so much shit on the map and it is so small that I don't know what the hell I am looking most of the time.
