Running (Hill Repeats @ Dash Point) 58:00 [4] 8.0 mi (7:15 / mi)
slept:10.0

Waited for Ben & Jeff (Kenyans) at Twin Lakes Elementary because their car ran out of gas. We ran to the start of the hill repeat area just in time in about 12.5min (~2.1mi). I did 5 sets of easy/medium/hard (4 on Toilet Hill, 1 on Road Hill; ~170m each). I ran about 43, 39, 37 on them all. It is hard to tell because the trail is narrow and we don't all start at the same time. On the medium of the Road Hill I felt like I got a cramp in my left upper glute pelvis area. During the hard I was forced to slow down. It felt better on the extended cool down though. Last night I had a cat sleeping against me and so I couldn't move; thus my left leg went numb because it was hanging off the bed and the glute area was aching. Even though I stink on this workout, I feel like I got a good workout.

Running (Camelot Loop) 30:00 [2] 4.1 mi (7:19 / mi)
slept:8.5

I felt like I was rolling the entire time.

Running (TJ, Evergreen w/10min T.) 1:00:30 [3] 8.5 mi (7:07 / mi)
slept:8.5

Rode my bike home quickly after school. Ran back fast (1.5mi in 9:21). Jogged to Evergreen Elementary then ran 10min fast through the trail and back to 51st (~1.6mi). Ran steady back to TJ. Did 6 x 11sec hill sprints by the tennis courts (67m), and ran home. I do not include the hill sprints in the overall time or mileage. Overall, I ran 6.1mi averaging 6:25 per mile excluding the 2.4mi warm-up to Evergreen Elementary. It took about 9.5min to get back to TJ (1.48mi). Still feeling good.

Running (Hi-C+ Cemetery & Military) 1:23:30 [3] 12.3 mi (6:47 / mi)
slept:8.7

Took off slowly. Picked up the pace when I got to the bike trail and pushed it up Hi Crest Drive. Kept it steady the rest of the way. I felt good until I got to 288th. Then my legs started feeling a little achy.

Running (ext. Tuesday Loop) 59:00 [2] 7.95 mi (7:25 / mi)

First mile = 8:25. I kept on having to slow myself down to keep this an easy run.

Running (Star Lake, Redondo & back) 1:44:10 [2] 14.25 mi (7:19 / mi)
slept:9.0

Legs felt tired from the start. I wanted to have the kids do something different and fun and still get a good workout. So we ran to the Redondo boardwalk and back (7.7mi total). It is 3.3mi from TJ to the public restroom near Salty's. We went out easy, came up the hill steady, and did a fartlek run from Pacific Highway to TJ. I don't know why my legs feel so tired but they ache when I am not even moving.

Running (Boardwalk, Steel Lake) 1:47:00 [3] 15.2 mi (7:02 / mi)
slept:10.5

I did not know where I was going or how much I wanted to do. I just kept it easy. My legs felt tired when I got to 320th. Made a pit-stop at Steel Lake. Cut through Kilo and went back to 288th. Felt really tired at the end.
