Running (Camelot Loop) 32:30 [2] 4.1 mi (7:56 / mi)
slept:7.0

Stomach gave me problems the last half of the run. I also had chaffing from yesterday's run.

Running (W. Valley + Boardwalk) 1:23:50 [3] 11.35 mi (7:23 / mi)
slept:10.0

Legs felt fine. Right ischium bothered me a little until after West Fenwick Park ...which is odd because the last time I was at this park, that's when it started aching. The pavement really bothered me on this run.

Running (Tuesday + Military) 1:02:10 [3] 9.05 mi (6:52 / mi)
slept:8.5

I did not want to run after school today because I felt tired. I had to convince myself that after a few miles I would be in the groove and enjoying myself. This turned out to be true and I'm glad I didn't succumb to laziness.

slept:7.5

Ran down the hill, along West Valley Highway to 272nd, south on the Interurban Trail to Main Street, up Cemetery Road, through Nicholeson Place, and home. Felt fine. My right adductor is a little achy.

Running (Camelot + 288th) 34:15 [3] 4.95 mi (6:55 / mi)
slept:8.3

"Worked" today and did not eat lunch. I was tired, hungry, & thirsty but still "wanted" to run. I'm glad I did because I felt "good." Even though I feel out of shape, my legs felt good.

Running (2x Totem Loops, Meredith) 1:00:00 [2] 8.2 mi (7:19 / mi)
slept:8.0

Legs felt tired and I felt drained from working today. I sat on a softball before running to loosen up my right ischium. It never bothered me on the run.

12 PM

Running (Star Lake Loop) 51:10 [2] 6.85 mi (7:28 / mi)
slept:10.5

I went very easy and felt good until ~15min to go; my right ischium started aching with every step I took. I sat on a baseball when I got home.
