Running (Laurelwood + Evergreen) 1:11:40 [2] 10.05 mi (7:08 / mi)
slept:10.9
Wore my gps watch (Forerunner 201) and used the training partner mode for the first time. I've had this watch for 6 years. I set it up to run 10 miles at 7:30 pace. During the 3rd mile my ischium was hurting and I felt like stopping. I was trying to go as easy as possible because I was "ahead of my partner." Before I got to Steel Lake I was planning on running by Camelot and going home. When I got to Lake Dolloff I sped up a little and I didn't even feel my ischium anymore; so I decided to try and complete the run. I went around Evergreen Elementary and added on through some different streets and gradually picked up the pace a little. The ischium definitely felt much better than during the first half of the run. I've been sitting on a baseball a few times a day and it is not fun.
