Dumb Bell Bicep Curls - 10reps/5lbs, 10reps/10lbs, 10reps/15lbs, 10reps/20lbs, 5reps/25lbs, 10reps/20lbs, 10reps/15lbs, 10reps/10lbs, 10reps/5lbs; Tricep Press Downs - 10reps/20lbs, 10reps/30lbs, 10reps/40lbs, 10reps/50lbs, 10reps/60lbs/ 5reps/70lbs, 10reps/60lbs, 10reps/50lbs, 10reps/40lbs, 10reps/30lbs, 10reps/20lbs; Wrist Curls - 2x30reps/barbell; Push-ups - 50reps; Lat Raises/Bent Over Raises/Frontal Raises (consecutive) 2x10reps/5lbs-8lbs. No rest between each set of every exercise.

Did "guided" squats and leg extensions at TJ before practice. Squats = 21reps/45lbs, 16reps/95lbs, 11reps/145lbs, 6reps/195lbs, 7reps/145lbs, 8reps/145lbs, 21reps/45lbs; Leg Extensions = 21reps/25lbs, 16reps/50lbs, 11reps/75lbs, 16reps/50lbs, 21reps/25lbs. Hamstrings/lower glutes hurt afterwards and after the run at practice.

Took off at abalone pace. Felt a little good so I picked it up a tad. Everything went well and I kept it very easy the whole way. After ~35min, my left knee started aching ever so slightly (I think). I say that because it didn't bother me. My right ischium and upper-glute/lower-back area was tight during and afterwards.

I was going to go to Meredith Hill to avoid pavement, but I didn't want to risk going there and having to run around kids on the field; so I went to TJ. Somebody left open the gate and shed so I had to stop and shut them. Nothing hurt (besides toe); except I don't feel good.

"Ran" at 10am, before breakfast. Legs feel sore. Nothing bothered me. My right toe didn't hurt as much as yesterday.

Legs felt the same as this morning; but I ran less than 1hr after dinner and my stomach was well aware of that.
