7 AM

Running (Camelot Loop) 32:30 [2] 4.3 mi (7:34 / mi)
slept:7.7

Felt good at the start; perhaps because I forgot my knee brace. Made a pit-stop at TJ. Right ischium bothered me the whole way as usual. It felt hot out again. I suppose I should just get used to it.

Running (Lake Youngs) 1:08:00 [3] 9.5 mi (7:09 / mi)
slept:8.2

Took off slowly with the group (counterclockwise). I felt better once I got moving so I decided to get the ball rolling so I could hurry up and finish (I didn't feel like suffering for very long). Oscar went with me and then ditched me on the back stretch where I normally park. I kept Oscar in my sight the whole time (~100m) and caught up to him with just over 1mi to go. Then he had to stop to stretch; and as I pressed on, I started to think less about chasing him down and more so about the heat. Suddenly I started having contractions and had to stop for ~1min. While clinging to the fence, I decided to keep moving. I made it to the bathroom just in time!

Running (Camelot Loop) 33:20 [1] 4.1 mi (8:08 / mi)
slept:6.9

First mile = 8:55. Right ischium hurt the whole way. It felt hot out (8:30am) and I was suffering the whole way. My legs are still sore. Left knee is doing better. Tomorrow is going to be so fun!

Running (Green Lake + Ravenna) 50:50 [2] 6.75 mi (7:32 / mi)
slept:7.5

Took off easy. Couldn't go much faster because my legs are sore all over. Went to the end of the out & back trail and started picking up the pace a little on the way back. Picked up the pace again about half way around the lake. Right ischium was bothering me. It felt like I was running in a swamp from the heat & humidity.

1.75mi warm-up. Felt like the warm-up was a little fast towards the end. Jogged back a half mile and started a 2.5mi "tempo" run. Finished in 19:05. Ran back at what felt like the same pace during the "tempo" in 27:10. Knee felt good and nothing bothered me except my right ischium. Took an ice bath afterwards.

Running (Boardwalk) 57:35 [3] 6.8 mi (8:28 / mi)
slept:8.5

Ran to boardwalk through Reith Road. Felt good at the start. Knee never bothered me. Right ischium was not very tight. We (I) talked the whole way. We ran hard up the hill behind TJ (Blake won). When we came out of the trail, the team was doing hill sprints so we stopped and joined them. I did 5 of them, albeit not very fast. lol, at least I am feeling better. Walked to the gym and decided to do a leg workout in the weight room since I couldn't do so before practice (nobody was there).

Running (Fred Meyer to Home) 46:35 [2] 5.8 mi (8:02 / mi)
slept:6.5

Didn't sleep much last night because there was a fight at 3am next to my car. Stomach felt ill before the run, but never gave me any problems. Ran to 15th, up Jornada, through Evergreen trail, down 51st to 288th, home. Came up the hill very slowly because my right ischium was bothering me a lot. Left knee was fine. I am still wearing the knee brace. When I got to 51st, my right lower back/upper glute area was aching.
