Running (TJ Field Loops) 50:10 [2] 5.75 mi (8:43 / mi)
slept:8.0

Went to the air show and stood on the pavement for 5 hours. My legs hurt. Ate hamburgers for dinner and a bunch of potato chips. Felt crappy. I was going to take the day off as a result, but then I saw that Leah & Vanessa ran. So I was going to do Star Lake Loop, but right when I took off, I almost turned back. I felt like I was going to throw up. I ran into DK at TJ; so I ran with him and ended up doing more than I planned.

Running (Tiger Mountain) 37:50 [5] 4.2 mi (9:00 / mi)
slept:7.25

10 minute warm-up. I felt like I went out too fast the first minute; but I don't think I paid the price. My breathing was heavy the whole way. My lower back and left achilles ached. I never walked. Finished in 27:50.

Running (Brannan Park) 46:45 [2] 6.1 mi (7:40 / mi)
slept:8.0

Ran with Jeff Baklund around 1:30pm. It was hot out and we went easy and steady the whole way. My stomach didn't feel too well from the slice of pizza I ate right before. I felt tired at the end. Right upper glute/lower back area was aching when I stopped. Hamstrings are VERY tight.

Running (Soos Creek Trail) 1:19:50 [3] 11.5 mi (6:57 / mi)
slept:7.5

Took off with the team and felt crappy; legs were tired. I was planning on going to the park and back. When I got there, I saw Vanessa stop, so I kept going so I wouldn't finish before the group. Out = 40:50, Back = 39:00. My effort was steady the whole way, but I was breathing a little hard the last couple miles.

Running (Ft. Steilacoom) 1:10:00 [2] 9.5 mi (7:22 / mi)
slept:8.2

Ran the perimeter with Issachar. Right adductor and ischium was aching. I wore the knee brace because I could feel my knee a little after yesterday's run. I think I felt it today as well; but that might just be the freezer burn. I felt tired today but enjoyed the run.

Running (Tuesday Loop) 53:30 [2] 6.9 mi (7:45 / mi)
slept:8.9

Stomach felt queasy at the start but fine during the run. Ran without the knee brace and knee felt fine. It started to ache a little around 298th (close to the patella). I iced it when I got to TJ; as well as my ischium.
