6 AM

Running (Camelot + Kilo + 288th) 46:00 [1] 6.1 mi (7:32 / mi)
slept:8.0

Ran at 6am. Left knee and shin area is a little achy. Wore shorts and a t-shirt and actually warmed up (it was ~39 degrees).

10 AM

Running (FW McDonald's Loop) 1:02:30 [2] 8.92 mi (7:00 / mi)
slept:10.0

Kept it easy the whole way. Legs are noticeably tired, but I think it is more so from running on the pavement than increasing my mileage.

Running (ext. Tuesday + Military) 1:08:43 [2] 9.71 mi (7:05 / mi)
slept:10.0

First mile = 8:23. Kept it easy the whole way. Legs felt good at the start and tired towards the end. The pavement especially did not feel good to run on during the last couple miles. I keep forgetting to ice my left achilles/shin area; it's been a little achy but not too noticeable.

Running (Boardwalk) 1:06:47 [2] 9.26 mi (7:13 / mi)
slept:10.0

Ran at a comfortable easy pace again. Very hilly run, and I felt it in my achilles. Took off my shirt because my nipples were about to bleed! I'm glad the sun was out, because I was going to take the shirt off regardless. Hopefully they scab over tonight!

Running (Hi-C Loop) 1:16:37 [2] 10.83 mi (7:04 / mi)
slept:9.5

Ran at a comfortable easy pace. Run = 966ft elevation gain/loss. Hi Crest Drive is a 460ft climb. Nothing bothered me on the run, not even the rain.

3 PM

Running (4 laps + Tuesday Loop) 51:45 [3] 8.0 mi (6:28 / mi)
slept:9.2

Ran 2 laps on the track, Tuesday Loop, and 2 laps on the track. First mile from Kilo bus loop = 6:06; 2nd mile = 6:02. Total time = 14:19. I kept the same effort the whole way. Legs feel tired and unresponsive. Took a 15 minute ice bath. My knees felt like they were going to explode! Perhaps I shouldn't go so long without taking ice baths.

Running (Pt. Defiance) 1:13:18 [3] 10.0 mi (7:20 / mi)
slept:8.5

Ran Square/Triangle + extra with Ruston for an estimated 10 miles. Kept it easy the whole time with the last couple miles at a moderate pace/effort. Compared to what I've been running on, the trails were very muddy and full of puddles. I felt like my legs were more tired at the end then they should have been. Then I did 5 x 100m hill sprints/climbs (from gravel path to N. Defiance St.). My legs and lungs were screaming after the 5th one. It really made me feel like I got a good workout in today.
