Running (Boardwalk + Military) 1:16:55 [2] 10.6 mi (7:15 / mi)
slept:10.0

Ischium bothered me a little and my right achilles was tight. I didn't feel very good and so I kept it easy the whole way. It felt warm out and I didn't need gloves.

Running (Weyerhaeuser Perimeter) 48:00 [1] 6.5 mi (7:23 / mi)
slept:9.25

Ran with Adam. I felt like I did not get anything accomplished on this run, even though I was planning on doing a short easy run today. This must be a good sign.

Running (Star Lake + 320th) 1:08:40 [1] 9.42 mi (7:17 / mi)
slept:9.0

Kept it easy the whole way and ran a couple extra miles than I planned. I figured the pace was easy enough and I had nothing else better to do so I kept going.

Running (Green River Road Fartlek) 1:27:40 [4] 12.83 mi (6:50 / mi)
slept:9.0

Couldn't run to valley from 292nd because of the CSI (skull found in ravine). Ran down road near 272nd instead. Stopped to stretch under 277th bridge (35min, 5mi). I couldn't set my Forerunner 201 to do the 20/40 workout because it won't let me do 20 seconds apparently. So instead I did a 30/40 workout (30 seconds hard, 40 easy; 20x). The watch only recorded the distance traveled during each 30 second bout; but I don't believe it is very accurate. I don't know, maybe it is. It said I covered 1.78mi in the 10 minutes of hard effort. According to Google Earth, I only ran 4.99mi to the start whereas the watch said 5.01mi. During the fartlek, I ran 3.81mi in 22:40 (5:57 pace). All of my ischium discomfort was totally gone from the start of this workout and I never felt it the rest of the way home. My last 4 bouts were not very spectacular, but I was still able to lean forward and shift gears. I stopped twice before coming up Jornada because I wanted to catch my breath and adjust the watch before going back into oxygen debt. I got mad because the watch is so bulky; so I carried it the rest of the way home. Coming up Jornada, I felt as if I just finished a wrestling practice from sophomore year when Botnen was coaching (like I was on the verge of death). After Evergreen Elementary, I recovered nicely and finished my last mile in about 6:45.

Running (Laurelwood + 320th) 1:06:00 [1] 8.95 mi (7:22 / mi)
slept:11.0

Felt like crap the entire run. I was messing around with Google Earth beforehand and started feeling sick after zooming in and out. My ischium bothered me again during the run. I should not have worn tights; even though my fingers were cold, my legs felt very restricted.

Running (Hi-C Loop) 1:15:10 [2] 10.65 mi (7:03 / mi)
slept:11.6

I have been taking 2 ibuprofen in the morning and at night for about a week now. I think I am sitting down too much. The ischium bothered me a little on the downhill portions of this run. I pushed it a little on every uphill and felt pretty good.

Running (Heart Loop) 1:26:20 [2] 12.2 mi (7:05 / mi)
slept:11.0

First mile = 7:36 (felt good). Went through Evergreen Trail, around Cemetery Road, along Military, down 288th, into Camelot Loop, along Lake Dolloff, through Nicholson Place, back to 288th, and home around Chelsea Dier's house. The route looks like a heart on Google Earth. My ischium felt the best it has since my 10k last Saturday. I kept it easy the whole way and enjoyed the run.
