2 PM

Running (272nd, the Commons, 288th) 1:31:00 [2] 12.85 mi (7:05 / mi)
slept:10.0

A lot of places still had ice throughout the run and I had to slow down. Running on Pacific Highway was a mistake as I had to run against traffic with no shoulder due to the never ending construction. My legs felt good considering this is my highest weekly mileage in 21 months (86.36mi). My left achilles/shin area is still achy but not as bad as I have been icing it a few times a day (but no ibuprofen). I haven't noticed my ischium pain for at least a week now.

Running (FW McDonald's) 1:04:04 [2] 8.76 mi (7:19 / mi)
slept:8.0

Ran very slowly most of the run. Left achilles/shin area is a little achy. Still several stretches of ice throughout the streets.
5 PM

Running (Camelot Loop) 31:35 [1] 4.1 mi (7:42 / mi)

Left achilles/shin area is aching but I am icing it; I stopped taking ibuprofen a day or 2 ago. I felt pretty good after a couple miles.

Running (TJ, Military, L. Dolloff) 56:50 [1] 7.75 mi (7:20 / mi)
slept:10.5

Lots of crunchy ice out, but I had no problem running in it. I ran 4 laps on the track at TJ but that got boring real fast, so I ran down Military. Saw several abandoned cars. The streets were slick but I coasted on the packed ice until I got on the crunchy stuff and was able to run just fine.
5 PM

Running (Camelot Loop) 30:40 [1] 4.1 mi (7:29 / mi)

Waited until 5:30pm to run. Much less ice out. I should have worn the headlamp because I couldn't see in a few spots. I felt a pain in the middle-outside-bottom of my right foot; it may have just been a thorn.

Wednesday Dec 29, 2010 #

Running (288th, Military, L. Dolf.) 47:45 [1] 6.4 mi (7:28 / mi)
slept:10.5

Legs are tired. The roads were a little slick. Ran slow the whole time. Left achilles/shin area was aching towards the end and afterwards.
5 PM

Running (Lake Dolloff Loop) 30:05 [1] 4.1 mi (7:20 / mi)

Felt much better on this run. I wanted to keep on running but I decided to keep it easy and stick to the plan.

9 AM

Running (Tuesday + Military) 1:04:10 [1] 9.05 mi (7:05 / mi)
slept:10.5

Took off very slowly. I felt good after a mile, then when I got to Military, my legs started feeling tired. My left ankle (medial) and left tibialis anterior (top-medial) bothered me throughout the run but I think they are fine.
4 PM

Running (ext. Camelot) 32:45 [1] 4.65 mi (7:03 / mi)

Everything felt better on my 2nd run. It was a little bit colder out, but it felt good once I got going.

Running (TJ, L. Dolloff, 288th) 46:20 [1] 6.3 mi (7:21 / mi)
slept:11.1

Last night for dinner I had 2 bowls of chili, 2 pumpkin cookies, 2 big pieces of apple and pumpkin pie, and a chocolate reindeer. I felt so disgusted while eating the reindeer that I finally cut myself off. I was basically just eating to get rid of everything! There is still a lot of crap left! I ran this morning before eating breakfast. After the run, I didn't enjoy my oatmeal and bagel very much because it was not sweet enough! As for my run, my calves are sore.
4 PM

Running (West Beverly Hill Loop) 35:25 [1] 5.0 mi (7:05 / mi)

Forgot to wear a hat in the rain. First time in awhile that I've run in a good downpour. It wasn't that bad except it made it feel cold. My finger tips were numb and my whole body had patches of red when I was done. I felt really good though.

Sunday Dec 26, 2010 #

9 AM

Running (Redmond Watershed) 1:32:45 [2] 13.3 mi (6:58 / mi)
slept:7.25

Ran with a small group of Seattle Prep guys. Got my clean shoes muddy but it was worth it because I got to run on very soft trails for the most part. Distance is an estimate.
