Sat on computer all day; ran at 5pm when streets were clear from snow. Felt fine at first then I slowed way down and felt horrible. I gradually felt better the last couple miles and was glad I stuck it out.

Ran to 288th, Military, looped around West Fenwick Park + hill, to boardwalk, up Dead Man's Hill, up hill behind TJ, home. I really just wanted to run up the stairs as fast as I could (practice for The Big Climb), but I ended up getting a good workout from all the hills. My energy level is was down and I am still sore.

I was going to take today off but decided not to because I was bored. My whole body still aches from the bike accident, orienteering on Saturday, and sawing the trees yesterday. My legs itched and felt rusty the entire time.
