Felt discomfort in my left knee when driving there (triggered by pushing in the clutch). Jogged to shelter by Toilet Hill and back to Twin Lakes after the workout.

Orienteering at night is so hard. I walked/trotted most of the time.

Didn't get out the door until ~1pm. Felt fine at the start and then I had painful cramps for about 2 miles (~30 minutes in). I ran through it and felt much better on the way back to Soos Creek. Went to the end of the trail and back, but my legs started feeling tired from the cement bridges. I finished in a decent clip.
