TJ Workout = 3 laps on track, Lollipop Loop, 1 lap on track. The girls took off a few minutes before the boys. I was going to run with Blake & Issachar but as soon as I caught up to them on the 2nd lap, they slowed way down. My legs were feeling a bit better than yesterday, and since I forgot to make the Gatorade before the run (picture day), I decided to use it as an excuse to run fast (so I could get back before everyone to make it). Having a reason to run fast always makes it easier to get a nice workout in. The run took me 41:24, with a 76sec last quarter (in lane 2). I was contemplating running a mile on the track when I got back but my stomach wasn't feeling too well. Shortly after the Gatorade was made, I drank a cup and headed out on Lake Dolloff Loop followed by 2 laps on the track at TJ.
