Running (TJ-Kilo) 24:40 [1] 3.4 mi (7:15 / mi)
slept:6.0

Stomach didn't feel too well from lunch that I ate right before. The knot on my right tibia is more pronounced. I definitely feel like I am carrying and landing my right leg funny as a result. My left arch continues to tense up.

Running (HiC + Coyote Territory) 56:49 [1] 7.6 mi (7:29 / mi)
slept:8.0

Ran down to the valley and south on West Valley Highway. Went exploring underneath the power lines on the west hill (coyote territory); it led to nowhere. Ran up Hi Crest Drive and felt better after the top. My left foot arch and right tibia bothered me up until the hill.

Running (Tuesday Loop) 53:00 [1] 7.2 mi (7:22 / mi)
slept:8.2

Felt like I had a gummy bear beneath my skin on my right tibia. It didn't hurt but I could definitely feel something. My left foot arch started hurting after a half mile but went away when we started going up hill (after 296th St. from 51st). Took off my shirt for the first time this year! Felt fat though, and my stomach slowed me down the last mile.

Running (Evergreen + Kilo) 49:00 [1] 6.55 mi (7:29 / mi)
slept:10.0

Took it easy the whole way but my breathing felt heavy. Felt like I was limping and not smooth the entire time. No foot arch pain or right tibia discomfort.
